How does it work?

1. Hop on a call

We’d hop on a phone call and get a little more context as to what you and your team are spending their day on, and what you’d like to outsource.

We’ll use this data to find the perfect assistant (or assistants, depending on your org size!)

Timeframe: 1-2 days

2. We headhunt

Our headhunter would take the data from our phone call and find candidates from our talent pool with experience in supporting teams in your industry.

Bonus points for experience with your CRM and tools, and a great culture fit.

Timeframe: 2-3 days

3. Interview & trial

We’ll present three compelling candidates and you can interview as many of those as you’d like. When you’ve found a great assistant, we will pay their first week’s salary so you can be confident they’ll be a value-add.

If they’re not a good fit, we’ll work night and day to find someone who is.

Timeframe: 7 days

– Assist with trial preparation by creating exhibits, organizing evidence, and coordinating witnesses.
– Perform administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling client communications.
– Summarize depositions, interrogatories, and testimony to provide concise information for attorneys.
– File legal documents with courts and government agencies, ensuring timely and correct submissions.
– Review and analyze documents for relevance and accuracy, helping to identify key information.
– Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and arrange interviews.
– Assist in the discovery process by organizing and managing large volumes of documents.
– Monitor and manage deadlines to ensure all court filings and legal tasks are completed on time.
– Prepare and submit billing records and expense reports, ensuring accurate tracking of time and costs.

They'll know how to handle these responsibilities:

– Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
– Draft and review legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
– Organize and maintain comprehensive case files for easy access and reference.
– Assist attorneys in trial preparation by organizing evidence, creating exhibits, and coordinating witnesses.
– Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, client communication, and calendar management.
– File legal documents with courts and agencies, ensuring timely and correct submissions.
– Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and arrange necessary interviews.

They'll have these qualifications:

– Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or a related field
– Paralegal certification from an accredited program
– Strong research and writing skills
– Proficiency with legal research tools and software
– Excellent organizational and time management abilities
– Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
