RecruitU's Hiring Needs

Running a successful, fast-growing venture-backed startup requires the founders to wear a lot of hats. It also requires you to prioritize your to-do list and make sure that you’re focusing on the things that would benefit your company the most.

Brooks and Wes had to focus on things like customer acquisition, fundraising, and working ‘on’ their business, rather than working ‘in’ it. There were critical business processes that they had to take off their plate, but they didn’t want to hire an administrative assistant in NYC. We handled all aspects of the vetting and hiring. Our initial job posting attracted 170+ candidates in two days. We narrowed it down to 20 candidates that we interviewed and shortlisted 3. Rico is able to work in the New York time zone, speaks excellent English, and has a great understanding of Western culture.
