– Conduct research and gather information for reports, presentations, and meetings, providing the executive with the necessary data to make informed decisions.
– Organize and maintain confidential files and records, ensuring that all documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
– Coordinate and manage special projects, tracking progress and ensuring that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
– Assist in preparing for meetings, including setting agendas, distributing materials, and taking minutes to ensure effective meeting outcomes.
– Handle expense reports and reimbursements, tracking expenses and ensuring accurate and timely processing.
