How does it work?

1. Hop on a call

We’d hop on a phone call and get a little more context as to what you and your team are spending their day on, and what you’d like to outsource.

We’ll use this data to find the perfect assistant (or assistants, depending on your org size!)

Timeframe: 1-2 days

2. We headhunt

Our headhunter would take the data from our phone call and find candidates from our talent pool with experience in supporting teams in your industry.

Bonus points for experience with your CRM and tools, and a great culture fit.

Timeframe: 2-3 days

3. Interview & trial

We’ll present three compelling candidates and you can interview as many of those as you’d like. When you’ve found a great assistant, we will pay their first week’s salary so you can be confident they’ll be a value-add.

If they’re not a good fit, we’ll work night and day to find someone who is.

Timeframe: 7 days

They'll have proficiency in these tasks:

– Review budget proposals and funding requests from various departments within an organization, analyzing the financial impact and alignment with strategic goals.
– Collaborate with department heads and managers to develop and refine their budgets, ensuring accurate projections and allocations.
– Monitor organizational spending to ensure it stays within budgetary limits, identifying variances and suggesting corrective actions when necessary.
– Prepare detailed budget reports and presentations for management, stakeholders, and board members, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities.
– Assist in the financial planning process, forecasting future financial needs, and advising on funding strategies.
– Conduct cost-benefit analyses to compare various financial scenarios and support decision-making processes.
– Develop financial models and use them to simulate different financial scenarios to help with long-term financial planning.

They'll know how to handle these responsibilities:

– Develop and manage organizational budgets, forecasting financial needs and analyzing budget proposals.
– Monitor organizational spending to ensure it aligns with approved budgets.
– Provide detailed financial reports and projections to management and stakeholders.
– Advise management on budget adjustments and financial planning.
– Review financial requests and assess their alignment with organizational goals.

They'll have these qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration.
– Experience in budget planning, analysis, and forecasting.
– Strong quantitative and analytical skills for complex financial modeling and data analysis.
– Proficiency with budgeting software and spreadsheet tools.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various departments.
