How does it work?

1. Hop on a call

We’d hop on a phone call and get a little more context as to what you and your team are spending their day on, and what you’d like to outsource.

We’ll use this data to find the perfect assistant (or assistants, depending on your org size!)

Timeframe: 1-2 days

2. We headhunt

Our headhunter would take the data from our phone call and find candidates from our talent pool with experience in supporting teams in your industry.

Bonus points for experience with your CRM and tools, and a great culture fit.

Timeframe: 2-3 days

3. Interview & trial

We’ll present three compelling candidates and you can interview as many of those as you’d like. When you’ve found a great assistant, we will pay their first week’s salary so you can be confident they’ll be a value-add.

If they’re not a good fit, we’ll work night and day to find someone who is.

Timeframe: 7 days

They'll have proficiency in these tasks:

– Enter customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
– Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry.
– Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check output.
– Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
– Scan documents and print files when needed.
– Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
– Respond to requests for data and access relevant files.
– Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions.
– Comply with data integrity and security policies.
– Update existing data, retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.

They'll know how to handle these responsibilities:

– Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, or other templates, using a keyboard, optical scanner, or data recorder.
– Ensure that all information is entered promptly and correctly, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
– Verify the accuracy of data before and after entry, making necessary updates or corrections.
– Maintain logs of activities and completed work, tracking data entry tasks and outputs.
– Comply with data integrity and security policies to safeguard information.
– Assist with generating reports and exporting data as required by supervisors or company needs.
– Respond to information requests from authorized members and retrieve data as requested.

They'll have these qualifications:

– Proven experience as a data entry clerk.
– Fast typing skills with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.
– Experience with MS Office and data programs.
– Familiarity with administrative duties.
– Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner.
– Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
– Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills.
