How does it work?

1. Hop on a call

We’d hop on a phone call and get a little more context as to what you and your team are spending their day on, and what you’d like to outsource.

We’ll use this data to find the perfect assistant (or assistants, depending on your org size!)

Timeframe: 1-2 days

2. We headhunt

Our headhunter would take the data from our phone call and find candidates from our talent pool with experience in supporting teams in your industry.

Bonus points for experience with your CRM and tools, and a great culture fit.

Timeframe: 2-3 days

3. Interview & trial

We’ll present three compelling candidates and you can interview as many of those as you’d like. When you’ve found a great assistant, we will pay their first week’s salary so you can be confident they’ll be a value-add.

If they’re not a good fit, we’ll work night and day to find someone who is.

Timeframe: 7 days

-Report on sales performance, compiling daily, weekly, or monthly summaries to help management assess progress toward targets.
-Update sales forecasts based on current pipeline activity, adjusting projections as deals progress through the funnel.
-Communicate with the sales team to follow up on leads, making sure each opportunity is actively pursued and logged.
-Manage the sales pipeline by ensuring data integrity, tracking deals from initial contact to closure, and eliminating inconsistencies.
-Monitor customer feedback and sales results to evaluate product performance and provide input on necessary adjustments.
-Assist with territory management, tracking sales performance across different regions and reallocating resources as needed.
-Coordinate with marketing to ensure alignment between sales campaigns and the target audience’s response, offering insights from the data.
-Prepare detailed performance reports for individual sales representatives, helping identify strengths and areas for coaching.
-Implement and maintain sales tracking tools and technologies, ensuring smooth operations and providing training where needed.
-Ensure timely follow-up on all sales leads by setting reminders and assigning tasks to sales representatives in the CRM system.

They'll know how to handle these responsibilities:

-Track daily sales activities by recording interactions, including calls, meetings, and follow-ups, ensuring every step is accurately documented in the system.
-Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights that help optimize the sales process.
-Monitor sales targets and actual performance, comparing results to forecasted figures and identifying gaps to adjust strategies as needed.
-Communicate regularly with the sales team to ensure they are following up on all leads and opportunities, helping maintain momentum in the sales pipeline.
-Prepare regular sales reports, summarizing key metrics such as closed deals, pipeline status, and team performance, for review by management.
-Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure that all sales data is current, accurate, and easily accessible.
-Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales tracking efforts with broader business strategies and ensure consistency in reporting.

They'll have these qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
